Cllr Jon Hubbard

Wiltshire and Town Councillor for Melksham South

Working hard across the Melksham Community

Cllr Jon Hubbard stood in overgrown grass on the green by Primrose Drive and Heather Avenue in Melksham

Residents in Primrose Drive and Heather Avenue will be pleased to see that the grass on the green has finally been cut, and the holes in the ground created a month ago by the grass cutting teams have finally been filled in but local councillor Jon Hubbard says it's not right that this only happens after he and local residents intervene.

"This work should just be being done," said the local councillor, "and I have spoken to officers and sought assurances that in future this green space will be cut on a regular two-weekly cycle."
